On September 22, 2026, Service IT+, along with partners M-Security Tech Philippines, Inc. and Ivanti hosted "Securing Modern Enterprise Through AEM," an Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management event, at New World Hotel Makati City. The event brought together professionals from banking, healthcare, and government in the Philippines to discuss how Autonomous Endpoint Management helps organizations gain continuous visibility, reduce risk, and strengthen cyber resilience.

The event was welcomed by Ms. Jean Bravo, President and Managing Director of Service IT+, who opened the program and greeted the guests.

The session aimed to help IT and security professionals understand the cost of visibility gaps in today's digital enterprise and learn how autonomous endpoint management can strengthen security and cyber resilience.

Albert Toh, Sales Manager for Asia of Ivanti opened the discussion by tackling a core challenge: you can't secure what you can't see. He explained that the growing number of endpoints, devices, applications, and remote users creates blind spots that lead to vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and operational risk. The challenge is no longer simply managing devices, but continuously understanding their security and risk posture.

Benz Abadilla of Service IT+ followed with the session "From Visibility Gaps to Cyber Resilience with Ivanti Neurons Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM)." He covered how organizations can:

  • Eliminate IT and security blind spots through continuous visibility across managed, unmanaged, and shadow IT endpoints.

  • Apply risk-based patching and vulnerability management to prioritize and remediate critical exposures while strengthening compliance readiness.

  • Use proactive risk mitigation and self-healing to detect and fix endpoint vulnerabilities before they can be exploited, escalate into incidents, or disrupt critical financial services.

  • Build resilience without disruption by keeping endpoints secure, compliant, and reliable with minimal impact on users and day-to-day banking operations.

Throughout the event, attendees gained practical insights on improving visibility, prioritizing risks, and automating remediation to strengthen their organization's security posture. The event also gave participants a chance to connect with fellow professionals, discuss shared challenges, and exchange ideas on protecting critical systems and data.

Key Takeaways from the Event:

  • Visibility is the foundation of security. You can't protect what you can't see.

  • Risk-based patching helps teams focus on the vulnerabilities that matter most.

  • Automation and self-healing reduce risk and keep operations running smoothly.

The event reinforced a key message: cyber resilience requires continuous visibility and smart, automated action working together.
