This role is the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, tasked with building and strengthening long-term partnerships. This role involves managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities to foster sustained growth.

Account Executive

This role supports delivering technical consultancy, assisting in account planning, and developing sales proposals. They enhance customer engagements with strong communication and presentation skills, helping to differentiate technical product offerings.

Presales Specialist

This role leads the design and implementation of technical solutions aligned with client needs and business goals, offering leadership across project phases. Responsibilities include client engagement, developing architectures, and collaborative integration. The role also involves mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

IT Specialist

This role is responsible for providing customer support services to Service IT+ customers. They may be involved in the planning, implementation, quality assurance, testing, training, and resolution of technical issues for customers and internal projects.

Technical Specialist  

This role is responsible for mastering and communicating the intricacies of assigned products to drive sales and market penetration, encompassing product strategy, market research, and collaboration with teams for sales growth. This role is pivotal in crafting product messaging to optimize market impact and customer adoption.

Business Development Manager 

This role is tasked with generating new business by identifying potential customers and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Their role involves initial contact and qualification of prospects for further sales engagement.
