Bomgar Remote Support Solution Allows SPi Global to Securely Support Nearly Any Device, Anywhere

Makati City, Philippines – July 15, 2012 – Bomgar, the secure remote support solution for the mobile enterprise, and ServiceIT+ today announced that SPi Global has selected the Bomgar remote support solution, to be implemented by ServiceIT+, to enhance their support operations. Bomgar enables support technicians to remotely access and fix nearly any computing system or mobile device based in any location, greatly speeding issue resolution and increasing end-user satisfaction.  ServiceIT+ will deliver the integration between Bomgar and Hornbill Supportworks Enterprise for SPi Global’s IT Service Management project.
