Solutions Specialist (Senior)

This role is for a person with a strong hands-on technical experience with customer facing skills. Solutions Specialist is responsible for engaging with technology decision makers; building relationships, evangelizing ServiceIT+ solutions and services, and providing domain expertise of a certain product line to assist in closing business.  Involve with delivery of software and services related to the customer projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as  technical day-to-day point of contact of a specific product line for the sales team and customers.
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge for a specific product line and domain expertise within technology subject area.
  • Communicate regularly both verbally and in writing, with customers, prospective customers, Sales Teams, and your manager.
  • Analyzes customer’s business requirements and technology objectives by asking probing questions that enables the sales team to be more effective and responsive to customer’s needs
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts including: technical sales presentations and demonstrations, architecture design, competitive displacement, proof-of-concept, RFP/RFI responses, and technical workshops
  • Involvement in post-sales efforts including: product installation, testing, QA and product trainings

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • 2- 3 years technical pre-sales and/or consulting experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in Enterprise Systems Management and IT infrastructure environments architecting solutions, designing process and implementing technology is desired (Email Systems, Active Directory, Web Server, Relational database management Systems – MSSQL or Oracle)
  • Familiarity with multi-platform environments and desktop knowledge is required. (Windows 2003 or 2008, Windows XP, Windows 7)
  • ITIL and PRINCE2 awareness is desired but not required

Other Requirements

  • Travels periodically to meet with domestic clients
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Sound communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to take on multiple assignments.
  • Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting

Solutions Specialist (Junior)

Junior Solutions Specialist is responsible for successful delivery of software and services related to the projects including software implementation, quality assurance, testing, training and resolution of technical issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as  technical day-to-day point of contact of a specific product line for the sales team and customers.
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge for a specific product line and domain expertise within technology subject area.
  • Communicate regularly both verbally and in writing, with customers, prospective customers, Sales Teams, and your manager.
  • Involvement in post-sales efforts including: product installation, testing, QA and product trainings
  • Support and troubleshoot production applications. Document client feature requests and issues, providing feedback to sales and product management

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Account Managers

Responsibilities

  • Sell our IT Solutions and Service to existing corporate clients and prospective clients
  • Be involved in marketing and brand-building activities to generate leads
  • Client servicing and provide after sales support to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide the highest level of service and support to clients

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): sales activities, marketing activities coordination, account client management, account acquisition, Creative.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
